Campaign: “AI in Business” multimedia storytelling
Produced a suite of engaging, user-friendly content designed to demystify NLP and ground it in real world use cases. This included short-form customer story videos, virtual and in-person event content, demos and interactive explainers.BTW, while some pieces remain publicly available, most campaign elements can only be accessed through my portfolio.

Executive ghostwriting
Audience: C-suite, technical buyers, industry analysts, as well as business, tech, trade media
Partnered with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to ghostwrite a wide range of content—from op-eds, blog posts, and long-form technical pieces to press releases, written interview responses, event talk tracks, and crisis communications.Sadly, much of this content is no longer publicly available, but you can explore these writing samples (and more!) in my portfolio.

Project: O’Reilly Media eBook on AI adoption
Led end-to-end content strategy for this long-form piece—from concept and SME interviews to writing and editing. Published under internal exec bylines, this asset became a cornerstone for global demand gen campaigns and regional enablement.The eBook is currently available to subscribers on the O’Reilly learning platform here. Recognition: PR Daily Award for Innovation in Media Relations (2016 winner)
Helped lead a global campaign that reframed AI as a creative collaborator, creating a narrative that shifted perception from skepticism to optimism over months of outreach and storytelling.
The results? 2.4M+ views on the AI-generated movie trailer and coverage in 500+ outlets, including this stellar Fast Company feature.

In response to industry criticism, co-led a reputation management effort to reset expectations. Developed an internal AI storytelling playbook still in use today—balancing aspirational vision with grounded, credible messaging adopted across global teams.

Event: Isaac Asimov Debate on AI Ethics (2018)
Crafted executive messaging and positioning for Ruchir Puri, IBM’s Chief Architect, at this high-profile ethics event. Shared the stage with SMEs from Google, MIT, and the University of Michigan, helping reinforce IBM’s leadership in responsible AI to an audience that included Neil deGrasse Tyson and a global viewership.
